We're looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to build and lead the product management function for a growing manufacturing and technology organization.

This is a high-visibility leadership role with responsibility for :

  • Product Strategy & Roadmaps – Define product vision, lifecycle, and pricing strategies.
  • Manufacturing Partnerships – Oversee transitions to U.S.-based contract manufacturing partners.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Align engineering, operations, sales, and marketing around product priorities.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis – Guide new product development and growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For :

  • 15+ years in product management or business development within manufacturing or technology.
  • Experience with contract manufacturing, product lifecycle management, and vendor partnerships.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's preferred.
