About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator who will play a key role in creating custom metal structures and components. You'll interpret blueprints, set up and operate welding equipment, and ensure all welds meet our high standards of quality and safety. This is a hands-on position for someone with strong technical skills, precision, and a commitment to craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welders.

Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and assembly of metal components.

Inspect and test welds to meet quality standards.

Maintain and repair welding equipment and tools.

Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe workplace.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; welding certification or technical training preferred.

5+ years of welding fabrication experience (MIG, TIG, Stick).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong attention to detail, precision, and quality.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in a demanding environment.
