Embark on a technical journey with us as a Precision CNC Programmer. At the core of your responsibilities, you'll :

  • Prepare CNC machines, refine program structures, and initiate tool installations for precise machining operations.
  • Deploy and fine-tune control settings to ensure first-time accuracy in sample parts.
  • Diagnose and adjust during operations to rectify any machine discrepancies.
  • Create seamless programs from drafts, proficiently using Mazatrol and G code.
  • Navigating through Mazatrol T-32, T+, Fusion, and Matrix control systems alongside Smooth Control technology.
  • Analyze parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

Essential Skills :

  • Secondary education completion or equivalent
  • Deep familiarity with multi-axis CNC lathes and the manufacturing environment.
  • A minimum of three to five years’ practical experience is advantageous.
  • Expertise in G-Code and M-Code along with adeptness in comprehensive production setups.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and programming for PLC.
  • In-depth experience with CAM software and CNC machinery.
