Our client, a construction company, seeks a temporary Construction Project Coordinator for their Arlington, VA office!

About the Job :

  • Manage project documents, job sheet submittals, subcontract contracts, etc.
  • Handle all aspects of contract management including setup, submittals, checklists, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Monitor project costs throughout lifecycle and handle invoicing and billings.
  • Maintain an organized and accessible shared drive.
  • Coordinate the composition, submission, and implementation of order requests.
  • Additional duties and tasks as assigned.

About You :

  • An associates degree is preferred; A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years of construction industry experience is required.
  • Experience with accounting or number is a plus!
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

    • About the Position :

  • $26 / hr-$30 / hr while temporary, DOE.
  • $55K-$68K when permanent.
  • 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
