Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and Representatives to drive performance and career growth
Build and execute strategies to acquire new customers and grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sales enablement content and report on performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Experienced sales leader with a proven track record in SaaS, PaaS, or tech sales
5+ years of successful selling experience in outbound / new customer acquisition
Skilled in building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams
Strong operational mindset with expertise in pipeline management and forecasting
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
