Senior Landscape Architect - Project Manager

Toole Design Group in Bentonville is looking to hire an experienced and talented full-time Landscape Architect – Project Manager. Responsibilities

This role leads projects with a focus on public realm and active transportation. You will team up with engineers and planners across the South, leading projects from day one. You'll work hands-on with clients, communities, and coworkers to shape great public spaces, on projects from start to finish, from stakeholder outreach and design workshops to construction documents and administration. You'll often take the reins as Project Manager, guiding a passionate crew of designers, planners, and engineers to bring big ideas to life. You'll help grow our Bentonville team and strengthen its role in reimagining the public realm, especially our streets, parks, and trail systems.

Work schedule involves a typical full-time 40 hours per week with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. The Northwest Arkansas office opened in 2023 and is in downtown Bentonville, adjacent to the Razorback Regional Greenway. The office is easily accessed on foot or by bicycle, with a number of local destinations within a short walk or ride.

Salary range targeted : $86,000 to $106,000 depending on experience and licensure.

Qualifications

Qualifications of a Landscape Architect - PM :

• A bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture
• 6+ years of experience serving in a project or design management role for trails, parks, and streets
• Experience developing construction documents and cost estimates
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Studio and AutoCAD
