The position will be in charge of the food and beverage department at the hotel including an  extensive banquet operation and Nineteen10 Restaurant and Bar

This position’s primary job duties are to oversee the safe and efficient operation of the restaurant and other outlets where applicable (may include Lounge, Room Service, Pool Bar).  This manager supervises a staff that consistently provides excellent guest service while promoting profitability for the hotel.

Technical Skills :

Experience / Education :

Minimum 3 years’ of supervisory customer service experience with at least 3 year of full-service dining experience; management experience preferred; high school diploma and / or equivalent work experience
