Triage patients

Venipuncture, taking vitals, and entering information into EMR

Assisting provider

Phoning patients and managing their interactions with the office. Medication reconciliation

Answering the phones and taking accurate messages

Working with other staff members as an effective team

Minimum requirements :

Detail oriented.

Computer skills intermediate.

Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities at the same time.

Flexible

Experience in primary care or urgent care.

Good customer service skills.
