Key Responsibilities

Manage the filing process for policy forms and applications, ensuring compliance and quality

Required Qualifications

5+ years in product form filings with knowledge of state insurance department standards

Broad understanding of insurance products and regulatory frameworks

Ability to interpret laws and regulations related to product filings

Experience in shaping insurance applications based on feedback from various stakeholders

Bachelor's degree required; JD, CPCU, FLMI, or AIRC preferred
