Experience in a hospitalist or inpatient setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Our team supports one another by covering shifts when colleagues are out, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment. As a hospitalist, you will handle complex cases in a closed ICU, with intensivist coverage during the day and night. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent care without the expectation of doing procedures or running codes. Collaborate with case management, nursing, and pharmacy to improve patient outcomes and streamline care. Jacksonville, Florida, is a vibrant city offering a mix of beachside and city living.
