ROLE HIGHLIGHTS - What to expect as a Regional Nurse Home Care Case Manager
As Regional Nurse (RN) Home Care Case Manager, you oversee the nursing standards for the Caring for Family of Companies. You're responsible for the highest quality of case management and care for Clients – as well as providing high caliber Caregiver training and professional development. This position reports to the Director of Nursing Services, and collaborates with an entire team of Nurses for ongoing support
Nursing Program Oversight
Oversee nursing services, including medication administration programEnsure standardization and adherence of processMaintain strict compliance with established protocols and the In Home Care licensing standardsReview orders and reports to maintain safety and compliance protocolsCollaborate with community providersClient Evaluation
Conduct nursing and medication evaluation and assessment visits, addressing Client concernsProvider Training
Train Caregivers on policies and medication administration, evaluating competencyTrain Caregivers on Nurse-delegated duties, ensuring competency and ability to deliver careMulti Site Nursing Support
Travel to regional branches to fill RN role gaps and support as neededRequirements
