Responsibilities

Oversee and provide executive leadership to nursing organization. Responsible for the development of overall strategic nursing plan.

• Collaborate with leadership and staff to identify and develop new patient care programs, policies, procedures, and practice standards for the nursing departments.
• Develop and implement a program to measure, assess and improve the quality of nursing care provided by the organization.
• Evaluate the function and structure of assigned areas to best determine the allocation and utilization of services and budgets appropriately according to strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to nursing services and healthcare.
