They work in the commercial and residential sector of construction including municipal, education, healthcare, multi-family, office, retail and work both in the public and private sectors. They are looking to build out their preconstruction team and are looking for talent at all levels.

Job Description

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, labor / material estimates, and cost analyses for hard bid and negotiated projects.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Lead bid day coordination and final bid submissions.
• Review project plans, specs, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
• Conduct site visits as necessary to assess job conditions and validate scope.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop value engineering options and budget strategies.
• Maintain a database of unit pricing, historical data, and subcontractor / supplier relationships.
• Track and analyze market trends, cost fluctuations, and potential risks.
