Quality Inspector

We have three manufacturing facilities, multiple corporate-owned retail showrooms, and a global distribution network. We have an opening for an Experienced Quality Inspector at our Upholstery Manufacturing facility in Archdale, NC.

Qualifications & Job Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of experience inspecting furniture for high-end, luxury brands
• Ability to read production tickets and any special instructions
• Utilize tools such as tape measure, regulator, ice pick, scissors, air hose, steamer, heat gun
• Add filler material to cushions, backs, and cores as needed
• Make sure all seams are straight
• If applicable, make sure skirt, trim, and nails are attached properly
• Check fabric & leather for flaws
• Make sure finishing / exposed wood and feet are correct with no scratches
• Make sure cushions fit and line up
• Use air hose to clean up piece, cut threads, and make sure piece looks neat and presentable before sending to packing department
