Candidate skills & requirements

Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Requires 3-5 years experience in manufacturing and / or quality processes.
Blueprint and schematics reading - Advanced
Problem Solving, root cause analysis and corrective action - Advanced
Ability to design layouts and fixtures to aid manufacturing (AutoCAD) - Basic
Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies - Basic
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles - Basic
Ability to define an action plan using PFEMA per AS9145 - Advanced
Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodologies and tools - Advanced
Ability to understand flow diagrams, PFEMA, and control plans - Advanced
