What You'll Do
We're seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Administrator to support and partner with a member of our Executive Management Group. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a trusted partner and confidant to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), managing a broad scope of responsibilities, overseeing complex calendars and commitments, and effectively triaging incoming requests. This is a unique opportunity to contribute at the highest level and help drive the success of both the executive and the broader organization.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$32.45 - $58.27 / hour
Time Off Program
Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

Work Environments
This role offers a hybrid work environment (working at minimum 3 days in the office) located at our Des Moines, IA office location. You'll work with your leader to figure out the kind of schedule that will best align best based on several factors.
We would be open to a fully remote opportunity outside of the Des Moines, IA location with the right skills and experience.
