EHS Specialist

Our manufacturing client is seeking an EHS Specialist to join their WHS team to work closely with their leadership team regarding all environmental, health, and safety efforts at our location. This role requires collaboration with local and business unit management, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all EHS programs, policies, and practices.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Act as the primary contact for EHS matters with internal and external groups.
• Assist the EHS Manager with process implementation and oversight.
• Develop and implement EHS management systems.
• Conduct incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs.
• Oversee the EHS internal audit program.
• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies.
