Overview
We are seeking a Staff Attorney to become a part of our Fresno team! You will represent clients in civil legal proceedings including trials, draw up legal documents, and advise clients on legal transactions related to civil defense litigation. This is a wonderful opportunity for attorneys seeking civil trial experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial, with reduced caseload in order to manage the office
- Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, demands and responses
- Draft reports and provide file analysis
- Handle litigation and other legal assignments in accordance with guidelines established for Staff Counsel for Fred Loya Insurance Agency, Inc., and the Loya Insurance Group

Pay : $105,000 - $190,000 per year depending on experience with $5,000 sign-on bonus
