Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week

Experience : New graduates are welcome; SNF experience preferred

Must-Have : Completion of prescreen, resume, and license verification

Job Description :

• Complete and attach the prescreen form, resume, and license verification prior to submission. Incomplete applications will be declined.
• Undergo a COVID test 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours before starting.
• Provide three professional references.
• Pass county and federal criminal background checks for the previous seven years.
• Conduct a multi-state criminal search and nationwide sex offender search from the past seven years.
• Participate in HHS / OIG and GSA searches.
• Submit a Social Security Number Trace.
• Provide proof of 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon, or show proof of a positive PPD with a chest X-ray.
• Complete a SAM search and a DOJC check, rerun every four years with the BID form.
