Position Overview :
The Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for building and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate customer acquisition in the healthcare market.
Responsibilities :
Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and creative channels to drive awareness and customer acquisition
- Implement multi-touch attribution models and performance tracking to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Develop targeted messaging and creative assets tailored to different customer segments and buyer personas
- Coordinate cross-channel marketing efforts including email marketing, content syndication, paid advertising, and social media
Brand Building & Industry Presence
Build and execute comprehensive brand strategy to establish Kouper Health as a thought leader in marketDevelop strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities with industry partners and health systemsCreate and manage speaking opportunities, industry awards submissions, and media relations initiativesDesign customer advocacy programs including testimonials, case studies, and reference customer developmentExecute public relations strategy and manage external communications to build market credibilityContent Strategy & Messaging
Develop compelling content frameworks that communicate Kouper Health's value proposition to healthcare decision-makersOwn SEO / GEO workstreams to ensure discoverability and competitive rankings in target geographic marketsCreate educational content including market research reports, industry insights, and best practice guidesBuild messaging architecture that differentiates Kouper Health in competitive situationsCollaborate with product and clinical teams to translate complex healthcare solutions into clear, compelling marketing messagesManage content distribution strategy across owned, earned, and paid media channelsQualifications
3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaSProven track record of building and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable business resultsStrong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics platforms and attribution modelingExperience collaborating with sales and leadership teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processesPreferred Qualifications
Deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and health system procurement processesExperience marketing to healthcare executives, clinical leaders, and operational decision-makersPrevious experience at a high-growth healthcare startup or enterprise software companyExpertise in marketing automation, CRM integration, and demand generation best practicesWhat We Offer
