Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Super Intelligence HPC Support Engineers
Manage high-visibility incidents and escalations with hyperscale customers
Represent customer needs in cross-functional discussions to influence product design
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading technical support or engineering teams for enterprise or hyperscale customers
Deep expertise in HPC environments, including GPU clusters and Linux system administration
Ability to guide engineers through troubleshooting at scale
Strong leadership presence and ability to inspire a customer-first culture
Excellent communication skills for engaging with engineers and executive stakeholders
