Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time opportunity is available for a Counselor specializing in Career and Technical Education (CTE) to support adult programming within a K-12 school setting in Troy, NY. This role focuses on providing career goal consultations and developing CTE initiatives to enhance student and adult learner outes. The position is a contract role lasting for the 2023-2024 school year.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct career goal consultations for adult learners, aligning their interests and skills with viable career pathways.
• Develop and implement CTE programs that meet state standards and address learner needs.
• Collaborate with staff and external partners to create seamless transitions from education to employment.
• Provide counseling services tailored to adult programming and K-12 education.
• Ensure pliance with education regulations and reporting requirements.
