- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

Accurately and efficiently fill prescription vials with prescribed medications in a high-volume, automated refill environmentReplenish medication in automated dispensing cells using barcode scanners and maintain lot and expiration trackingPerform quality assurance checks and prevent cross-contaminationConduct weekly cycle counts, audit inventory, and assist with discrepancy resolutionPrepare cold chain and specialty prescriptions with proper handling and packagingAssist with packing, labeling, and shipping prescriptionsAdhere to HIPAA laws and pharmacy safety protocolsPerform basic maintenance and calibration on automated dispensing equipmentDemonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills in a production settingCentral Fill Pharmacy Technician Requirements
High School Diploma or GED requiredActive California Pharmacy Technician License requiredAt least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience (externships or training not included)Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environmentAbility to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day and lift up to 50 lbsStrong attention to detail and accuracyFamiliarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and safety proceduresPreferred Qualifications
PTCB National CertificationExperience using Mini Parata, Kalish, or Baker cassettesWork Environment
