A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Contract to Hire (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to develop customized hiring strategies for InfoSec and Enterprise AI
Build sourcing pipelines for technical talent, including Security Engineers and AI / ML specialists
Manage the interview process and deliver data-driven insights to hiring teams
Required Qualifications
7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in Cybersecurity or Enterprise AI
Proven success in recruiting for highly technical domains
Experience managing multiple requisitions in a dynamic environment
Background in both corporate and agency settings, ideally in a technology company
Ability to engage and influence senior leaders and technical stakeholders
