Department Lead
As a Department Lead, you will support the Area Manager in ensuring the smooth flow of operations by supplying materials, equipment, and supplies for receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes.
Responsibilities and Expectations

- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage the opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
- Assists in receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating and coordinating the operational and personnel policies and procedures.
- Assists in warehouse operations by monitoring safety protocols.
- Assists in inventory control levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with the data storage system.
- Assists in completing warehouse operational requirements and following up on work results.
- Obtain certification on a forklift / pallet jack / high reach or other required equipment.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of warehouse leadership experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.Ability to multi-task and coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.Ability to work independently without supervision.Flexibility with hours : the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.Those Who Succeed Possess
