Responsibilities

As a Sales Producer, you'll focus on converting warm leads, following up with prospects, and helping clients protect what matters most.

• Working qualified leads provided by the agency
• Managing follow-ups and active pipelines to maximize conversion rates
• Handling inbound calls and delivering tailored insurance solutions
• Building strong client relationships that drive referrals and retention
