Credit Analyst - Senior Level

Hybrid-Remote Schedule l Fresno County, CA l Full Time

Our client, a stable and well-established financial organization with over 75 years in business, is seeking a Credit Analyst - Senior Level to join their team. Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate borrower creditworthiness by analyzing financial information, collateral, and loan officer recommendations
  • Develop financial projections, assess risks, and recommend appropriate loan structures and terms
  • Approve or deny credit applications within delegated authority and prepare recommendations for higher-level approvals
  • Underwrite large and complex loan applications, ensuring compliance with credit standards
  • Review and manage participation loan opportunities with external partners
  • Mentor Associate Credit Analysts by providing training, guidance, and constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with lending staff to enhance loan terms, structures, and servicing processes
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support team training initiatives

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
