The home base for this position is the Robbinsdale branch of CIB. This position will be asked to float, as needed, to our other branches in St. Louis Park, Hopkins, and Plymouth.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, a Bank Teller must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process paying and receiving functions
• Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and refer them to bankers for appropriate products and services
• Accepts and process payments
• Issues Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Certified Checks, Gift cards, and Travel cards.
• Balancing of teller drawers and machines
• Process coin orders, and coin charges
• Redeem U.S. Savings Bonds
• Answer phone inquiries
• Balance the ATM
• Process cash advances.
• Perform other activities as requested

REQUIREMENTS

Customer service & cash handling experience, exceptional customer service skills & good figure aptitude. Must be flexible & available Monday - Friday, and rotating Saturday mornings.

BENEFITS

Starting Salary Range : $19.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
