This role is a hybrid role located in Charlotte, NC.

Provide high level customer service support for the assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing and Registration records.

Function as an information resource and quality control.

Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs.

Review and process the initial FINRA form U4s, Departments of Insurance License / Appointment applications, Appointment renewals and Contracting updates for candidates.

Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications.

The base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and providing feedback.

Strong work ethics, reliable and innovative.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines and able to prioritize in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.

Great organizational skills.

Good team player and willing to learn additional support functions, as needed.

Proficient knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and State

Bachelor's degree preferred

1 years experience in Finance or Insurance industry preferred

Accuracy and Attention to Detail : Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Audit and Compliance Function : Knowledge of major responsibilities and tasks of Audit and Compliance (A&C) function; ability to manage the operation of A&C function in various business environment.

Customer Service Management : Knowledge of customer service priorities and ability to utilize tools and techniques for maintaining an environment where all understand, and are committed to providing excellent service to internal and external customers.

Effective Communications : Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Insurance Legal and Regulatory Environment : Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations; ability to comply with these laws and regulations in insurance industry practices and activities.
