SUMMARY
The Plant Manager (Dayton) is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, this position leads all aspects of plant performance—safety, quality, delivery, and cost—while building high-performing teams and executing strategic initiatives. The Plant Manager plays a critical role in shaping the future of the business by leveraging Lean, ERP, and Six Sigma methodologies to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, customer-driven manufacturing environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of plant leadership functions, including production, quality, maintenance, and support teams. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is fast paced and dynamic, requiring strong leadership presence and urgency in decision making.
