In this role, you will play a key part in helping the company expand by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing innovative ideas that drive sales and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, and other key stakeholders
• Bring creative, strategic ideas to help the company grow its client base and enter new markets
• Understand client needs and communicate our services and capabilities effectively
• Prepare and present estimates, quotes, and proposals tailored to client requirements
• Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and maintain accurate client records
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company
• Collaborate closely with the team
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
• Represent the company professionally in all client and industry interactions
