Job Summary
Provides administrative and technical support to the CTS team with the goal of ensuring the smooth operation of the CTS facility and of optimizing customer service levels. Good clerical, organizational and communication skills.
Utilizes computerized data entry equipment and various word processing, spreadsheet and file maintenance programs to enter, store and / or retrieve client orders and summarizes data in preparation of standardized reports.
Maintains inventory data, monitors inventory flow and re-orders supplies when inventories are low.
Researches and resolves client issues with order fulfillment and billing.
Serves as a backup to warehouse staff when needed with order fulfillment and invoicing. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
The position is based in an office environment with an adjoining warehouse staffed by other CTS personnel.
