Execute assigned regional OTR routes for dry van, no‑touch freight, with frequent drop‑and‑hook operations to meet schedules and delivery requirements. Perform thorough pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections; promptly report defects and maintenance needs. Maintain accurate hours‑of‑service records and electronic logging device (ELD) entries. Follow cargo securement and handling procedures where applicable; adhere to drop‑and‑hook protocols. Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and maintenance personnel. Apply fuel management, routing, and on‑road safety best practices to maximize efficiency and safety. Training pay : $650 during a four‑week in‑cab training period with a trainer. Base pay after training : $0.55 to $0.65 per mile (experience‑dependent). Performance bonus : $0.04 to $0.06 per mile, paid monthly. Typical home time : weekly. Estimated annual compensation : $70,000 to $90,000 (USD), dependent on miles and performance. Late‑model, automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors, fully equipped. Benefits eligibility after 30 days for life, dental, vision, and health insurance options, plus 401(k).
