Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Program Manager – GTM / CX Portfolio to lead portfolio planning, initiative prioritization, and executive engagement across our global Go-to-Market (GTM) and Customer Experience (CX) organization.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end GTM / CX portfolio—overseeing work intake, sequencing, and resourcing of initiatives—while also driving adoption of internal change management processes. You will serve as the orchestrator of executive-facing forums such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), All-Hands, and leadership alignment sessions, ensuring clarity, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings deep program and portfolio management expertise, proven success scaling process adoption, and experience driving GTM or CX transformation in a high-growth technology company.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales / commissioned roles) is expected to be $155000 - $251000 / YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
