Overview : We are seeking an accomplished and results-oriented General Manager to lead the operations of our hotel. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, financial performance, and team leadership. The General Manager will oversee all departments, foster a culture of excellence, and maintain the property's reputation for exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Direct and oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and beverage.
- Maintain superior guest service standards, promptly addressing any concerns or service issues.
- Recruit, train, and manage department leaders and team members to achieve operational objectives.
- Develop and monitor budgets, control expenses, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, legal regulations, and health and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are met.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive hotel management experience; prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience preferred.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in technology and systems including,Property management systems (PMS).
