About the Role

We are seeking an inspiring Executive Director of Creative Strategy to spearhead the planning team within our in-house advertising agency. In this key role, you will elevate the strategic creative vision across all brand interactions, ensuring communications resonate culturally, align with strategic goals, and uphold brand integrity. You will manage a team of talented creative strategists, driving forward-thinking strategic planning for integrated communications while advocating for multicultural initiatives.

Collaboration is vital in this role as you will work closely with cross-functional brand and creative teams, serving as a trusted strategic advisor to our internal clients. A minimum of 12 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or brand strategy is required, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. A Bachelor's degree is essential, while an advanced degree is preferred. You should possess a demonstrated history of crafting successful integrated marketing campaigns in fast-paced environments, such as in-house agencies, traditional agencies, or corporate marketing sectors.

Experience in telecommunications, technology, or consumer services is advantageous. You must exhibit comprehensive knowledge of brand strategy, communication planning, and the creative development process. Strong expertise in integrated communications planning, channel-specific creative optimization, data-driven strategy development, campaign optimization, and cross-channel performance analysis is essential.

In addition to strategic skills, you should be an effective team leader who nurtures a culture of creativity and innovation, ensuring the delivery of outstanding work.
