We are currently seeking a Total Rewards Director (remote role based in the US) to join our team in Plano, Texas (US), United States (US).
We are looking for a collaborative, business-minded Total Rewards Partner to lead the design, delivery, and execution of both compensation and benefits programs across North America Business Unit.
This role partners closely with the People & Culture Business Partners and senior business leaders in the Business Unit, ensuring that total rewards solutions are tailored to local market conditions, while remaining aligned with our global compensation and benefits philosophy, principles, and timelines.
You will be responsible for advising on the rewards strategy, executing global processes, and helping shape rewards programs that support business goals, attract and retain talent, and maintain competitive market positioning. This role requires a leader who can balance enterprise consistency with regional / business flexibility, while maintaining strong operational rigor. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong understanding of regional compensation and benefits practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the Business Unit lead for Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits), partnering with People & Culture Business Partners and senior leaders to design and execute integrated total rewards solutions, aligned with both business goals and global principles.
- Execute annual compensation and benefits cyclesincluding salary planning, incentive programs, and benefits renewalsin alignment with enterprise timelines and local regulations.
- Balance business-specific needs with global frameworks, ensuring programs remain competitive, equitable, and compliant across markets.
- Lead and manage local benefits strategy and delivery, ensuring offerings are cost-effective, locally relevant, and aligned with company culture and values.
- Partner with Finance and global Total Rewards teams to track and manage budgets, monitor compensation and benefits spend, and support forecasting and planning.
- In alignment with the global methodologies, conduct and oversee benchmarking and market analysis for both compensation and benefits to ensure offerings are aligned with market standards and talent expectations.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and digitize processes to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
- Ensure effective communication, training, and adoption of Total Rewards programs throughout the region / business.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure high-quality, compliant execution of rewards programs.
- Establish, monitor, and report Total Rewards Governance within Business Unit.
- Use analytics and reporting to assess program effectiveness, guide decisions, and continuously improve offerings.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field7+ years of experience in Total Rewards leadership roles, with deep expertise in both compensation and benefits, preferably within large, complex, or global organizations.Proven experience partnering with business and People & Culture leaders to drive people-centric, data-informed rewards strategies.Strong knowledge of local labor markets, compensation regulations, and benefits practices.Experience managing budgets and cost controls for compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries or markets.Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of executing global programs at a regional or global business level.A strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence.Comfort with systems, data analysis, and leveraging tools to improve process efficiency and employee experience.A global mindset with cultural awareness and the ability to navigate diverse and evolving business environments.Strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adapt global strategies to local contexts.Highly analytical and able to synthesize data.Basic Required Skills :
