A company is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Chart Reviewer for a long-term project.

Key Responsibilities

Audit patient files electronically to abstract pertinent data and identify gaps in information

Ensure that quality measures have been met through thorough chart review

Travel to physician practices in Connecticut as needed

Required Qualifications

2 years of healthcare industry experience with Electronic Medical Record chart abstraction or chart review

Strong experience with Electronic Medical Records, preferably Epic

Experience in reviewing diagnosis codes

Proficient in medical terminology and abstracting processes

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
