The role!

Position : MAP Trainer RN

Location : Wakefield, MA

Pay rate : $44 per hour

Hours : Part-time, approximately 60 hours per month. Weekly hours will be flexible to meet Agency needs.

Summary & Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse MAP Trainer provides the Agency competent oversight of the MAP systems and ensures compliance with regulatory authorities.

  • Conduct full MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification and recertification trainings as scheduled to meet the Agencys training needs.
  • Proctor MAP testing for staff as needed (when other training staff arent available to do so).
  • Complete MAP audits at residential programs on a quarterly basis.
  • Provide specialized training to employees as required by DDS.

Qualifications

  • Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
  • Active Massachusetts MAP trainer Certification required.
  • Valid Drivers license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
  • Must pass company background and reference checks
