Lead Generation Specialist
Location : Doral (Hybrid)

Overview :
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google Ads.
The role focuses heavily on compliance-driven verticals such as healthcare, insurance, or wellness, with a priority on lead generation. You will work closely with the creative and CRO teams to ensure performance optimization.
Responsibilities :
- Create and manage campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok (as applicable).
- Develop campaign structures that comply with HIPAA and internal legal requirements.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS.
- Identify trends and apply insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to test creatives and ad copy.
- Troubleshoot disapproved ads and navigate platform policy limitations.
- Maintain the quality and the quantity of leads generated
- Setting up the call routing for phone leads
- Tracking lead quality and ongoing communication with contact center
- Monitoring KPIs closely to ensure lead costs within optimal range
- Expanding volume of inbound lead generation as needed
- Collaborating with contact center management
Qualifications :
3–5 years of experience managing performance-based ad campaigns.Strong working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.Has experience in resolving non-standard situations in paid advertisingExperience with HIPAA or regulated verticals is a strong plus.Highly analytical and comfortable managing media budgetsFluent in audience targeting, creative testing, and attribution models.Has an extensive background in managing lead gen campaigns in English and SpanishExcellent knowledge of Google Ads (will be verified), certificate would be a plusPrevious experience working with lead vendors for health insurance preferredProject management experienceKnowledge of contact center processes
