Key Responsibilities

Lead a strategic business development team to build and nurture relationships with large-scale trading partners

Cultivate relationships with national leadership at various organizations to drive growth through mutual business plans

Oversee budget and performance management for the Strategic Partnership and Business Development Team

Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the insurance or employee benefits industry

At least 3 years in a people leadership role

Proven leadership and talent development skills

Experience in launching and scaling strategic programs and initiatives
