State Licensed Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and enhance scalable compliance processes using technology and AI

Lead compliance reporting, monitoring, and testing with executive visibility

Oversee regulatory audits and conduct legal reviews of contracts and marketing materials

Required Qualifications

J.D. degree from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. state

8+ years of experience in compliance or legal, preferably in debt collection or fintech

Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations (FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, etc.)

Experience managing and mentoring teams
