Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement scalable go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
Optimize workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success to enhance efficiency and productivity
Oversee the administration and optimization of GTM tools and platforms, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in GTM, sales operations, revenue operations, or customer operations within a SaaS or high-growth technology company
Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot; preferred experience with additional GTM tools
Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics and reporting
Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor's Degree in business, operations, or a related field
