Converting Operator - Tier Four (3rd Shift)

Location : Sussex, WI

Schedule : Sunday-Thursday | 10 : 45 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt

Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a stable overnight shift and a team-focused environment? We're hiring a Converting Operator - Tier Four to join our 3rd shift crew and help us deliver high-quality products with precision and pride.

What You'll Do

As a Converting Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining converting machinery while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate machinery according to production specs and safety protocols
• Perform machine startup, shutdown, and basic troubleshooting
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to optimize output
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks
• Operate electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoists
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately document production data and machine settings
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support team members and perform other duties as assigned
