Position : Staffing Coordinator - Assisted Living
Employer : Prestige Senior Living
Summary : Responsible for hiring team members, preparing schedules and maintaining appropriate staffing levels in the Health Services department according to state requirements.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinates the recruiting process for community including posting jobs, sourcing, phone screens, interviews, job offers, and new hire paperwork utilizing an applicant tracking system.
- Collaborates with leadership team to create and maintain schedule that accommodates requested days off, vacations and sick time.
- Ensures completion of pre-employment paperwork including references, background check, OIG check, national sex offender database and required trainings.
- Assists in filling open positions due to late call-ins by contacting available staff members to fill open shifts.
- Ensures staffing levels are maintained within the State recommended levels and Company policies.
- Partners with Executive Director and Health Services team to anticipate future staffing needs and make strategic staffing decisions.
- Other duties as assigned.

1 year of experience in staffing for a senior living community preferred.Experience with an applicant tracking system and scheduling software preferred.Ability to successfully multi-task and effectively prioritize work.Ability to be flexible, organized and detailed-oriented.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.Education
