Summit Diagnostics Center is seeking a Registered Ultrasound Technologist (ARDMS) to join their team. The location will be Greeneville on Mondays & Jefferson City on Fridays. This is a PRN opportunity which requires experience in general and vascular ultrasound with breast and echo experience a bonus but not required.

Examples of Duties (List does not include all duties assigned)

• Performs ultrasound procedures on all scheduled patients safely and accurately. Follows imaging protocols to assure consistent and accurate test results.
• Treats patients in a professional and pleasant manner while attending to their needs and maximizing their level of comfort.
• Adheres to established policies and procedures, including OSHA and the corporate compliance plan.
• Adjusts to varying workflow as needed; requests assistance from co-workers and or supervisor as appropriate.
• Maintains ultrasound equipment. Orders and stocks all supplies, as requested bysupervisor. Notifies supervisor in a timely manner re : any challenges with

equipment.

Education

High school graduate or equivalent; completion all required courses in ultrasound technology.

Experience

Two years’ experience in ultrasound preferred. Requires experience in general and vascular ultrasound with breast and echo experience a bonus but not required.

Certification / License

ARDMS certification required.
