Position Overview : The Safegard Group, Inc. is recruiting for a full-time, entry level, Commercial Lines Account Analyst. Safegard is a growing agency that offers a dynamic work environment for high-energy, motivated, team-oriented employees. Competitive salary and outstanding benefits are offered. Salary will be commensurate with successful candidate's background and experience.

Work Arrangement : This is a full-time position working in our office located at 100 Granite Dr. Suite 200, Media, PA.

Professional Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate records within agency management system and electronic files.
• Create basic Excel spreadsheets / Word documents for clients / internal staff use.
• Process policy change requests. Responsible for timely endorsement follow-up, as well as billing.
• Issue new and renewal Certificates of Insurance and Automobile ID Cards.
• Follow-up with insurance carriers for cancellations and other payment issues.
• Assist team with renewal / new business process from account preparation through binding.
• Manage receipt and distribution of policies.
• Practice outstanding verbal and written communication with clients and insurance carrier representatives that is professional, confident, clear, and concise.
