Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A reputable K-12 educational institution in Laurel, MT is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide comprehensive speech therapy services throughout the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time, contract position involves supporting students across all grade levels, from kindergarten to 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct all speech and language evaluations for K-12 students.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Speech-only Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Manage and oversee the work of two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.
  • Participate in relevant meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification with CCC credential.
  • Experience managing a diverse caseload serving K-12 students.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language evaluations and therapy techniques.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide SLPAs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Schedule and Location :

  • Full-time position offering 40 hours per week.
  • Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.
  • Contract duration aligns with the 2025-2026 school year.
  • Position located in Laurel, Montana.
