Responsibilities :

• Lead the preparation and analysis of budgets to ensure effective financial planning.
• Monitor and track costs to maintain accurate records and identify potential savings.
• Generate comprehensive financial reports to support business decisions and compliance.
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable with precision and timeliness.
• Oversee contract administration to ensure adherence to terms and financial obligations.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop accurate financial forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
• Execute month-end close processes, including general ledger maintenance and journal entries.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
• Strong skills in financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
