Position Overview : Job Type : Full-Time

Salary : $275,000 – $350,000 / Year

Location-Specific Offers :

Sign-On Bonus : $40,000

Key Responsibilities :

Lead a patient-focused team, while maintaining clinical autonomy and integrity

Deliver high-quality care and uphold the highest standards of dental ethics and professionalism

Perform comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions

Present treatment plans clearly and engage patients in their oral health decisions

Execute clinical treatments with precision, speed, and excellence

Collaborate with operations team to meet financial and clinical goals

Mentor associate dentists and dental support staff

Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continued education

Engage with local dental societies and professional networks

Qualifications :

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice dentistry in the state of [Insert State]
